New Additions to The Team

The R.L. Hill Management family has recently grown and we would like to introduce our new additions to the team. Our new employees bring an invaluable amount of experience and knowledge, and are hardworking professionals who have successfully built and managed construction projects in a multitude of markets.

Jennifer Blair

Jennifer brings over 22 years of experience to R.L. Hill Management as Healthcare & Special Projects Market Executive. She has a diverse construction background including healthcare, education, commercial and municipal buildings. Jennifer is LEED accredited and OSHA 30-Hour certified.

Wendy Harris

Wendy brings over 25 years in the industry of both architectural and building experience. She joins RL Hill Management as Senior Project Manger where she adds her knowledge of commercial building design and construction to the team. Wendy is OSHA 30 and ICRA certified. She is also a member of ASHE and PMI.

Dean Feliciano

Dean’s 20 years as a field superintendent have been in the private, public, federal, military, and NASA environment. Projects range from site demo, utilities below and above ground, building build outs and pedestrian bridges. He prides himself and his teams for the timely and quality projects produced.

Brody Miller

Brody joined the R.L. Hill Management as Controller overseeing all accounting operations.  Brody attended the University of Akron, earning a double major in Accounting and Corporate Finance. After graduating, he spent 6 years at a national accounting firm where he earned his CPA and became a manager in Audit & Assurance Services serving a variety of industries.

Ivy Power

Ivy works as R.L. Hill Management’s Contracts and Marketing Manager.  She is currently working towards her Business degree at Cleveland State University and will graduate in 2023. Ivy assists in company operations including overseeing owner and subcontractor agreements and marketing development needs.

Kim Bickel

Kim joined the R.L. Hill Management team as the Office Administrator. She provides office administrative support, as well as assists the accounting department with various accounts payable and receivable tasks.
