Chase Bank Steelyard Commons

R.L. Hill Management is the General Contractor for Chase Bank Steelyard Commons, our 12th branch of Chase Bank stores.  This 1,841 square foot project is an interior fit-out of a building previously occupied by Gurthie’s, with a scope of work including altering the exterior to allow for new secure bank entrance with awning, atm machine and drive thru window. Interior renovation included customized wood millwork and feature walls at cashier stations, offices with glass partitions with sliding doors, and pantry niche with new appliances and cabinets. New finishes were installed consisting of new porcelain tile flooring and carpet squares. The space was also upgraded with new heating / cooling units, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm systems.
