Cleveland Heights – University Heights School District – Delisle Center

R.L. Hill Management served as the General Contractor for this $820,000, 8,100-square-foot renovation. This project included renovating the interior and exterior portions of an existing occupied school. The purpose of this renovation was to convert the existing school into a new vocational learning center. The scope of work included site work, concrete, masonry, new interior finishes, and updates to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
