R.L. Hill Management was the General Contractor who oversaw the entire renovation and self-performed all demolition, carpentry, drywall and ceiling installations. This $606,000 project was a complete interior renovation of a 5,000-square-foot space in an effort to consolidate the existing preservation lab, digitization, and open learning spaces resulting in an open space and work room areas. Scope of work included interior demolition of finishes, mechanical and electrical fixture upgrades and equipment, as well as the installation of new finishes, lighting, plumbing, data, and a new glass feature wall. The scope also included coordination and collaboration with the owner and architect team in receiving owner supplied equipment.
