Cuyahoga County Men’s Shelter

This $4.4M project scope consisted of selective demolition, renovation and new construction including all associated General Trades, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology work. The project included 4 new roof top units, including one custom built with wireless technology for ease of maintenance. The layout included sleeping cubicles consisting of about 120 beds and lockers. There are individual lights and power outlets for each bed. A new bathroom facility was also added consisting of new ceramic wall tile and 15 solid surface encased shower stalls. The facility is ADA compliant and equipped with multiple security elements such as cameras, speakers, x-ray machine and metal detector. The finishes provided for the facility are current trending colors. Complimenting colors were used in various areas to offer directional value for residents.
