Karamu House Interior Renovation & ADA Upgrades Phase III
Museums & Theaters
We completed Karamu House’s Phase 1 renovation and is now the General Contractor for Phase 3 of the Karamu House campus renovation. This is a $4 million dollar renovation to a historical landmark that dates back to 1915 in Cleveland and is the oldest African American theater in the United States. We are proud to be a part of the team that is restoring this facility. The project includes a major renovation to the Arena theater and lobby space, entryways, dressings rooms, Langston Hughes apartment, a new outdoor stage, full-service bistro, ADA enhancements and a facelift to the streetscape.
