As the General Contractor, R.L. Hill Management oversaw the complete exterior and 2-story interior renovation of this 47,000-square-foot project valued at $1.1 million. R.L. Hill Management was the prime contractor, and self-performed the demolition, carpentry, and drywall and ceiling installations. This project included major demolition of interior and exterior walls, stairs, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The renovation scope included restoring the unique wood paneling and tops, a new elevator, all new finishes, a grand glass feature wall, new lighting and data, and new mechanical systems. This project also involved installing an intricate structural steel canopy. The exterior scope included new roofing, masonry, signage and aluminum composite panels, and new site work curbing and landscaping at the entry.
