MetroHealth Behavioral Health Hospital

This was a $3 million dollar, 30,000 square foot renovation of 5 separate areas within an active hospital including an intensive care unit for behavioral health patients. The renovation included a major demolition of existing patient rooms, finishes, and an upgrade of the electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems. The project was phased to reduce the impact on the patient population while utilizing ICRA practices such as hard containment walls sealed at the ceiling along with sticky mats.  Regular mopping and wiping down was also implemented to ensure the safety of the patients. The successful completion of this project enabled the gateway to the new behavioral health facility.
