Newburgh Heights Fire Station

As General Contractor, R.L. Hill Management completed the $1.8 million interior and exterior renovation of this 12,925-square-foot fire station. This project included the interior renovation of the existing Village Storage Facility and Service Department into new Village Fire Station and Service Department. This project included offices, sleeping facilities and storage facilities. The exterior renovations included a new front parking lot, front and exterior façade finishes and a new emergency generator.
