Sherwin-Williams – Building Our Future Project

R.L. Hill Management has partnered with the Welty/Gilbane Joint Venture team to provide construction management services on the new Sherwin-Williams global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and a research and development center in Brecksville. The project, which is named the Building Our Future Project, is expected to start later this year and is estimated to cost $600 million. The headquarters will be about 1 million square feet and the research and development center is slated to be about 600,000 square feet in size. The two facilities will have more than 3,500 employees and is estimated to bring at least 400 new jobs over time.
