This was a 1,638 square foot renovation in an active hospital that was valued at $810,000. Work included, a complete demolition of all finishes, installing all the interior walls, installing ceramic tile flooring, Eco Grip floors, installing new a new decorative wood ceiling, and acoustical ceilings. Work also included updating the lighting, plumbing, and completing the heating and cooling system.
