Starbucks Stringtown

This was a $490,000 renovation of a 776 square foot renovation of an existing Starbucks which required the removal of deteriorated wood at the perimeter walls. The rebuilding including building new interior walls, replacing the storefront system windows, the EIFIS, all flooring, millwork and updating the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. In addition the scope of work included replacing the parking lot, irrigation system and landscaping.
