R.L. Hill Management performed as the general contractor for this 2,693 square-foot retail conversion valued at $600,000. The exterior upgrades included replacing the existing façade to a Nichiha siding system, reworking site utilities, and concrete work. The interior upgrades included relocation of bathrooms, installation of custom millwork and paneling, complete wall and ceiling systems, along with installation of tile flooring and resilient flooring, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. R.L. Hill Managements ability to self-perform all carpentry related tasks and coordinate many owner furnishing deliveries ensured this project was delivered on time and on budget.
