As general contractor, R.L. Hill Management oversaw the complete cosmetic renovation of approximately 3,000-square-foot Pediatrics suite located in the Gemini Building which was valued at $137,552. R.L. Hill Management self-performed the demolition and carpentry. The work included the replacement of floor and wall finishes as well as installing select millwork in the 18 waiting rooms and break room.
