As general contractor, R.L. Hill Management oversaw this 1,500-square-foot renovation valued at $69,500. The renovation consisted of replacing interior finishes, electrical, and millwork for Dr. Grant within the Erin Building. R.L. Hill Management self-performed the demolition and replacement of floor and wall finishes as well as the installation of select millwork within the doctor’s suite.
