R.L. Hill Management served as the construction manager for this $5.2 million, 130,000-square-foot multi-phase office renovation. This project included renovating four levels, relocating 800 employees and modifying existing lavatories to meet ADA compliance. This was a fast track project involving extensive collaboration with the architect and owner. Diligent efforts were also needed in managing cost and scheduling. This project was on a very tight construction schedule and required much collaboration between the owner, village, and design team so as to meet ADA standards and University Hospital’s accessibility survey.
