Westlake Porter Public Library

As General Contractor R.L. Hill Management completed the $135,300 renovation of a 42,469-squaref-oot library. The 6-phase renovation included approximately 30,000-square-feet of demolition and renovation of the ground floor of the library. The renovation included updating the interior finishes as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades. R.L. Hill Management was responsible for coordinating the work of separate millwork and flooring trades.
