Bedford Library

Bedford Library renovation was completed after hours and consisted of renovating 14,000 square feet in multi-phases. This project was valued at $189,250. R.L. Hill Management was the general contactor who self-performed all interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceiling installations, as well as overseeing and scheduling all mechanical and electrical work. The renovation scope included installing new millwork and new finishes, lighting and data, and updating the mechanical systems.
