RL Hill Management is providing Construction Management services for this project consisting of a two building addition, housing labs for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute. This addition will total 296,000 sf in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood and feature research laboratories, dedicated classroom space, offices and a café, the buildings will also include additional green space, landscaping and walking paths that will offer a new entrance to the southeast section of the main campus.
