Cleveland Public Library Glenville Branch

R.L. Hill Management is the Construction Manager at Risk for the Glenville Branch of the Cleveland Public Library. Currently in preconstruction, this project is a 12,675 square foot renovation and addition with a construction start in early 2024. The new design from Bialosky Cleveland reinvents the building exterior with new curtainwall and perforated metal panels; and completely updates the interior including new Maker and STEAM spaces, study rooms and a children’s area.
