Cleveland School of the Arts

R.L. Hill Management served as the Associate Construction Manager working with the A. M. Higley Company on the Cleveland School of the Arts CMR projects valued at $36.5 million dollars. Cleveland School of the Arts is a 117,429-square-foot high school. This project is seeking a LEED Silver Certification and R.L. Hill Management assisted in this process as well as managed the submittal and close out process.
