Guardians Walk-in Cooler

The Guardians Walk-in Cooler at 174 Concession renovation is to modify the existing space to accommodate a double-sided reach in cooler in order to serve the fans during game day.  The work consists of demolition of the existing space to prepare for the new double sided walk-in cooler.  The work includes CMU block removal, MEP demolition as well as finish carpentry and flooring work.
