Lorain County Community College Health and Sciences Building Renovation

R.L. Hill Management served as the General Contractor for this $1.3 million dollar 10,644-square-foot renovation. This project included renovating classrooms, hallways, blood draw rooms, and a greenhouse. The scope of work included new painting and carpeting finishes, acoustical ceilings, laboratory casework, electrical upgrades, and plumbing modifications.
