R.L. Hill Management is serving as the General Contractor on this $1.08 million conversion of a previous Sonic into a new 2,985 square foot Starbucks Store with a Double Lane Drive Thru. The scope of work consisted of demolition, site work, concrete, asphalt, landscaping, masonry, carpentry, roofing, doors, flooring, painting, fabric awning, waterproofing, as well as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical upgrades.
