This is a new $400,000, 1,411 square foot non-café coffee house. This tenant improvement included installing all new underground utilities, new interior floor slab, all new exterior and interior walls, installing 2 new bathrooms, manger office, new lighting, heating and cooling systems and all new high-end woodwork and ceramic tile finishes.
