This was a 2,456 square foot tenant improvement valued at $385,728. Work included, a complete demolition of all finishing, installing all the interior walls, installing ceramic tile flooring, Eco Grip floors, installing new wood and acoustical ceilings, bathrooms, lighting, and completing the interior heating and cooling system.
