UHCMC Rainbow Babies & Children’s / MacDonald Refresh

R.L. Hill Management served as the Construction Manager for this $1.38 million multi-floor office renovation in an active hospital. This project included abatement, demolition, repair and replacement of interior walls, ceilings, flooring, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as updating the sprinkler system through-out. The renovation required work to be completed around existing staff and patients with minimal noise and a safe workplace.
