R.L. Hill Management served as the self-performing general contractor to complete this 2,258-square-foot $274,000 interior and exterior renovation. The scope of work included the complete demolition of the existing space which was adjacent to a critical care space. The renovation included installing new new walls, ceilings, painting, flooring, and millwork. It also included updating the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
