The R.L. Hill Management family has recently grown and we would like to introduce our new additions to the team. Our new employees bring an invaluable amount of experience and knowledge, and are hardworking professionals who have successfully built and managed construction projects in a multitude of markets. Marcellus joined the R.L. Hill Management team as a Senior Project Executive and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BA in Construction Management & Technology. He is an experienced construction manager with 21+ years of experience in the industry. He has a diverse construction background with commercial building experience in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, federal, sporting venues, mixed-use development and high-rise residential. Marcellus is results driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and being a true advocate for the client. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and 30-Hour OSHA trained.
Mike joined the R.L. Hill Management Team as a Senior Project Manager bringing with him over 25 years of construction experience in retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Mike is a success driven professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. He is proficient in planning, exceptional leadership, and communication skills. Mike began his career as a member of Laborers Local #310 and worked his way up through the ranks from tradesman to foreman to superintendent before moving to Project Manager and then Sr. PM.
Mitch recently joined the RL Hill team as a Project Manager after returning home from a 2-year term in Chicago. He brings nearly 10 years of construction experience including projects in the Healthcare, Aviation, and Entertainment sectors. Mitch understands the critical nature of maintaining good relationships with clients, subcontractors, partners, and end users, actively looking to build and maintain them throughout the course of his projects.
Karen joined R.L. Hill Management with over 35 years of construction experience specializing in accounts payable, accounts receivable, subcontractor payment applications, contracts, budgeting, cost reduction, AIA billings, and change orders. Her skills include proficiency in construction software such as: Sage, Foundation, Quickbooks, and many others. Karen is an integral part of R. L. Hill Management’s accounting department.
Linda has 30 years of construction experience in both the residential and commercial fields. Her areas of experience include accounts payable, accounts receivable, AIA billings, contracts and bidding. She is proficient in construction software which includes Foundation and QuickBooks.
