Marcellus joined the R.L. Hill Management team as a Senior Project Executive and has recently been promoted to VP of Construction. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BA in Construction Management & Technology and 21+ years of experience in the industry.  He has a diverse construction background with commercial building experience in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, federal, sporting venues, mixed-use development and high-rise residential.  Marcellus is results driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and being a true advocate for the client.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional and 30-Hour OSHA trained.
