Melissa comes to the R.L. Hill Management team and has over 20 years of experience in construction administration and accounting. She has been tasked with process improvement and increasing efficiency on our team.
She has worked for some of the most well-respected construction managers in the Greater Cleveland area and has built strong relationships with many of our area subcontractors and suppliers. Melissa provides support to both our estimating and project management teams as well as to the Owner.
