Phillip graduated from Kent State University in 2021, earning his degree in Construction Management. He joined the R.L. Hill Management team as the Manager of Engineering and brings with him a background of working on healthcare projects as project engineer. Phillip is OSHA 30-Hour certified and ICRA certified.
