Sal joined the R.L. Hill Management family as a Project Engineer. Sal graduated from Cleveland State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minor in finance. With experience in perimeter security and excavation, in addition to an OSHA 10 certification.  He has worked as a Project Engineer and Estimator on a variety of private and public projects. Sal is known for a strong focus on detail, organization, and efficiency, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.
