This branch renovation had to be completed after hours and consisted of renovating 14,000 square feet in multi-phases. This project was valued at $189,250. R.L. Hill Management was the general contactor who self-performed all interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceiling installations as well as overseeing and scheduling all mechanical and electrical work. The renovation scope included installing new millwork and new finishes, lighting and data as well as updating the mechanical systems.
