Encompass Health

This is a 2 story renovation of a previous UAW hall. The renovation will consist turning the existing use into a healthcare clinic for the local and surrounding community. It will involve install a stair lift, updating all finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Once complete it will over the community 6 exam rooms, 3 offices, physical and occupational therapy room, a Phlebotomy Lab, waiting room, soil room, 3 new bathrooms, and a future coffee shop and kitchen.
