Ford Parking Garage

R.L. Hill Management is pleased to have partnered with University Circle, Inc and Case Western Reserve University as Construction Manager to complete the $3.3M Ford Drive Garage demolition and replacement. This site required demolition of the 4-story post tensioned parking garage to take place while maintaining busy pedestrian and vehicle access on 3 sides and restore the exterior of an adjacent masonry building. A new parking lot was installed for University use.
