Independence Library

Independence Library was one of a two branch renovation valued at $402,700 that had to be completed after hours and consisted of renovating 11,716 square feet. R.L. Hill Management was the general contractor who self-performed all interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, and acoustical ceiling installations as well as overseeing and scheduling all mechanical and electrical work. The renovation scope included installing new millwork and new finishes, lighting and data as well as updating the mechanical systems.
