R.L. Hill Management served as Associate Construction Manager working under the A.M. Higley Company on this new CMR project valued at $41.8 million dollars. This 165,228-square-foot project achieved a LEED Silver Certification and R.L. Hill Management assisted in this process, as well as managed the submittal and closeout process.
