Kim has 29 years experience in accounting, 11 of which working with McDonald’s franchises overseeing all accounting functions for nine northeast Ohio stores. Kim’s responsibilities in this role included AP/AR, auditing and balancing accounts, and preparing reports for company CPA, owner and McDonald’s Corporation. She also performed tasks within purchasing, HR, and payroll departments including being the first point of contact for all 800 number complaints and general liability incidences. Joining the R.L. Hill team, Kim provides office administrative support as well as assists the accounting department with various accounts payable and receivable tasks.
